Terms of Service

By accessing or using Foody Finds (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Foody Finds is a restaurant deal discovery platform that aggregates and displays discounted dining offers from participating restaurants. We act as an intermediary between restaurants and diners and do not directly provide food or dining services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Foody Finds, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their deal listings, including pricing, availability, expiry dates, and dietary information. Foody Finds does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listed deal. Deals may be withdrawn or modified by restaurants without notice.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our content guidelines, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting a deal to Foody Finds, you represent that you are authorised to list the deal on behalf of the restaurant, and that the information provided is accurate and not misleading. Submitted deals are subject to review and approval before publication. We may reject submissions at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deal listings or feedback
• Attempt to manipulate deal rankings or view counts
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All content, branding, and software comprising the Foody Finds platform is the property of Foody Finds and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By enabling location features, you consent to Foody Finds accessing your device's geographic position via the browser Geolocation API. Your raw GPS coordinates are never stored — they are converted to an approximate city name on-device and only that city name is used for deal filtering and AI recommendations.

Location access is entirely optional, can be revoked at any time via your browser settings, and does not affect your ability to use the platform. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the deals listed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foody Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to: unavailable deals, incorrect pricing, or food quality issues at participating restaurants.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foody Finds and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
